April Showers: Thirty Enchantingly Romantic Rainy-Day Experiences

April showers bring May flowers, as the saying goes. Rain helps seeds sprout, grow roots, flourish, and eventually bear fruit. Remember Milli Vanilli’s “Blame it on the rain”? Even though they were just lip-syncing, the sentiment sticks.

So, here’s a list of 30 romantic moments that were enhanced by the rain. Just imagine a romantic downpour each day this spring, where raindrops intensify the emotions between lovers. While we all hope for May flowers, some of these scenes are about the flowers that never bloom.

If you feel I’ve missed some obvious romantic rain scenes, check out a previous list on The Silver Petticoat Review where 12 more rainy, romantic moments were shared. I’ve made sure not to repeat any from that previous list.
