For those of us who can&#8217;t be there in person, we&#8217;ve got the next best thing.<\/p>\n<p>At Silver Petticoat, we love sharing our favorite romantic films with you. To honor New York, we&#8217;ve compiled a list of 15 romantic movies set against the enchanting backdrop of New York City&#8217;s skyline. It&#8217;s a poignant and sorrowful story.<\/p>\n<p>6. It Could Happen to You<br \/>\n   This nostalgic &#8217;90s romantic comedy stars Bridget Fonda and Nicolas Cage as two people who win the lottery together in an unexpected turn of events.
