As Felicity Smoak, Emily brought a lot of fun and common sense to the show and became a crucial part of Original Team Arrow.

I have to admit, I cried when I heard the news. Felicity quickly became a fan favorite because she’s smart, compassionate, and funny. She loves deeply and often serves as the voice of reason. Her strong character makes her arguably the most resilient person on Arrow.

With the final episode of Arrow approaching, there’s a chance we might see Felicity again in at least one episode when the last season airs next year. To honor Felicity Smoak (and Emily Bett Rickards), I’ve put together a list of some of Felicity’s best moments. Okay, it’s about 35 moments — because she’s just that awesome!

Of course, this list is subjective and not comprehensive. And since I’m a bit behind on watching Arrow, I asked fans on Twitter to help me out. They shared their favorite moments from Seasons 6 and 7. So, let’s dive into Felicity Smoak’s best moments on Arrow.

35 TIMES FELICITY SMOAK MADE YOU LAUGH, CRY, AND CHEER

1. When Oliver Met Felicity
Their first meeting is one of the best ever. Felicity is skeptical of Oliver, and his attempt to charm her completely backfires. Instead, he finds himself charmed by her.

2. Felicity Is All of Us Swooning Over Oliver
Who can resist Felicity when she openly says what we’re all thinking? She realizes what she’s said and gets flustered but doesn’t let it distract her from Oliver’s ridiculous cover story.

3. Felicity Joins the Team on Her Terms
The Original Team Arrow is born when Felicity lays down her terms for joining. Even with a wounded Oliver, she stands her ground and doesn’t lose sight of who she is or what she wants.

4. The Double Entendre
A classic Felicity moment. The look on Diggle and Oliver’s faces and the seconds it takes her to realize what she said make this one of her funniest moments.

5. The Double Entendre of Double Entendres
One of the funniest moments on Arrow. Nuff said.

6. And That’s How You Use a Random 2×4…or Table Leg
One of my favorite things about Felicity is her relatability. She might not be the best fighter, but when pumped on adrenaline, she’s capable of anything, like using a 2×4 to help Oliver.

7. IT Girl to …… Executive Assistant???
I love how Felicity always stands up for herself. This trait is a consistent part of her character and remains one of the reasons fans cheer for her.

8. The Art of Spilling Truth Tea
Felicity has a knack for serving Oliver large doses of truth. This honesty forms the foundation of their relationship and shows how well she knows him.

9. She Makes Her Own Choices
Felicity is brave and makes decisions to serve the greater good, despite her fears. She stands up to two overprotective males and ensures they accept her choices.

10. Fearlessly Protective of Those She Loves
One of the standout moments over seven seasons. Felicity faced down Moira Queen without fear and left with dignity, refusing to keep her secret.

11. When Felicity’s Own Plan Makes Her Nervous
I love that she’s confident despite her nerves. This scene shows Felicity in charge and brilliant, bringing her skillset full circle.

12. Doing What Felicity Does Best
A highlight from Season 2, with Felicity out in the field fighting crime with her tablet. This moment inspired blogs, tweets, and t-shirts!

13. Reminding Oliver Why He Fights
This emotional scene led to one of the most romantic moments between Oliver and Felicity. Her faith in him gives him what he needs to keep fighting.

14. Saving Starling City
Never underestimate Felicity Smoak. Enough said.

15. Reminding Oliver That There is Life Beyond the Hood
Even as their relationship crumbled, Felicity reminded Oliver there’s more to life than being the Hood. Her relentless push is both heartbreaking and honest.

16. A Mentor and Friend
Everyone wants a friend like Felicity. She shares her experiences to help Barry avoid the same mistakes she and Original Team Arrow made.

17. Even Under Pressure, Her Brain Never Stops Working
In a Felicity-centric episode, she remains sharp under extreme pressure, leading Team Arrow to her and Donna while taking down Cooper.

18. Felicity Establishing Her Role as Queen of the Lair
Her disdain in this scene is palpable, and if looks could kill, Malcolm would be done for.

19. Felicity Reminding the Boys Why She’s in Charge
When Felicity talks, everybody listens. Even Oliver and Diggle can’t justify their actions against her reasoning.

20. Once Again…Never Underestimate Felicity Smoak
In Season 4, the villains still underestimated Felicity, and as usual, they were wrong.

Turn the page for more amazing Felicity Smoak moments!

On March 30, 2019, Emily Bett Rickards told everyone she wouldn’t be back for Season 8 of Arrow.
